Jas Haikou, CFA
CEO - Investor Relations
Jas HAIKOU has more than 15 years of experience in the financial markets. After contributing to the development of the sale of commodity derivatives at Société Générale CIB, Jas participated in the sale of structured products (fixed income and equities) at Natixis. He then developed investment solutions for large companies and institutional investors with nearly €1.2 billion of solutions implemented.
Thomas Berthelé, CFA
Partner - Investor Relations
After starting his career in risk management at HSBC and BNP CIB, Thomas joined the corporate and investment banking of the Societe Generale group where he participated in the implementation of structured finance transactions. Thomas has also taken charge of credit portfolio management, asset-liability adequacy management and liquidity risk management.
Romain Gandais, CFA
Partner - Investor Relations
Having started by setting up interbank operations in the Fixed Income team of Crédit Agricole CIB, Romain then continued his career at the broker GFI Securities as a Sales Trader on European equities and equity index futures. Romain then joined the asset-liability management team of Groupe BPCE where he was in charge of liquidity risk management and modelling the impact of corporate operations on regulatory ratios.
Namory Mbengue
Investor Relations
After starting at PWC as an auditor of investment funds (UCITS, SICAVs), Namory then specialized in derivatives and structured products at Caceis Luxembourg, where he was part of the team in charge of the valuation of banking and institutional portfolios.
Stanislas Zdebski
Sales structurer
After a double Franco-Spanish degree and a first experience as an equity broker in Madrid, Stanislas pursued a Master’s degree in Market Operations and Risk Regulation at the University of Paris-X. Today, he puts his expertise at the service of structuring and institutional clients, on solutions ranging from the simplest to the most sophisticated.
Alexandre Keerhem
Sales structurer
After obtaining his MSc in Financial Engineering at EDHEC, Alexandre joined the LCL trading room in the derivatives sales team. He then continued his career with a financial intermediary as a structurer. Today, he puts his expertise at the service of FINTIS’ investor relations managers for the design of tailor-made solutions. Alexandre also actively contributes to the development and management of our relationships with bank counterparties.

With an MBA in Finance and a certified Professional Risk Manager (PRM), David has built his career around the discipline of risk and financial performance.
With more than 12 years of experience in corporate treasury and financial risk management, he has developed in-depth expertise in optimizing financing and investment strategies for international groups.
His career spans a variety of sectors — energy, real estate, distribution, pharmaceuticals — within large listed groups as well as private family companies.
